2025. New year. New habits.

As the year wraps up, it’s natural to reflect—what went well, what didn’t, and how to do better next year. What worked? What fell apart? And most importantly, how do we avoid repeating the same mistakes? For many of us, that means thinking about habits. Here’s the thing: building better habits isn’t just about willpower or planning. It’s about creating a system that works for you. One way to do that? Add accountability and make it fun. When logging habits feels like a chore, it’s easy to let them slide. But if you make tracking them visually engaging—something you actually look forward to—it changes the game. As a designer, to me this means turning habit tracking into a playful experience. Think of it as a punch card for progress, a streak tracker that feels rewarding, or even just a creative way to see how far you’ve come. The fun isn’t just in the habit itself—it’s in seeing your effort come to life visually. In 2025, I am going to log these with counterhabit.com
