002: Calm Desk: A simple flexible get things done tool

Task lists are good to see all your tasks in one shot, but its always hard to figure out which ones you should do first. What if your workflow was like this: + You add your tasks in one list + You then evaluate them in terms of time and criticality + Based on that you sort them into 4 zones (Do it now, Do it later, Timeblock, Rethink it) Not only that, most task management tools are intimidating. There's so much on the screen that it gets overwhelming. What if you could have a calm app where work gets done.
